Mocktails and heat: Refreshing recipes to survive the summer

4. Lemon & mint frozen

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • A few mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or syrup
  • Ice to taste (shrimp type)
  • Blend everything in a blender and serve in a glass with a touch of lime zest. Pure freshness.
