Where do you ship to?
We deliver to Barcelona city. If you are unsure whether an address is within our delivery area, please contact us.
How does the shipping process work and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
This is the process:

- Your order will be sent by courier within the agreed time frame.
Why do you only deliver to Barcelona city now?
We decided to focus our deliveries on Barcelona city to concentrate on what we do best: offering a faster, more personalized, and higher-quality service. This decision allows us to improve the customer experience, optimize delivery times, and maintain the level of care we want for every order.
Do you still deliver to the rest of Spain?
We no longer ship outside of Barcelona. For orders in other parts of Spain, we have prepared a selection of trusted suppliers who offer nationwide delivery.
Can I pick up my order if I don't live in Barcelona?
If you are able to pick it up in Barcelona, you can place your order online and contact us to arrange the pickup.
