Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We work with Correos Paq Premium to guarantee fast and secure deliveries throughout the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

  • Peninsular Spain : 48-72 business hours from shipping confirmation.
  • Balearic Islands : 3-5 business days from shipping confirmation.
  • Pickup in Store (Sense, Plaça del Sol 1, Gracia, Barcelona) : Available within 24 hours after order confirmation.
  • Orders are prepared and shipped on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays .
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
  • For urgent shipments, we now offer fast delivery with Glovo in Barcelona (subject to availability).

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands : €6.50
  • Free shipping on orders over €50

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its status in real time through the Correos website.

Problems with your shipment

If your order has any issues, please check the following options:

  • Delivery delays : If it's been more than 3 days since the estimated arrival date, please check your order tracking and contact us if you need further assistance.
  • Damaged package : If your package arrives in poor condition, send us photos of the packaging and the affected products to arrange a solution.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address : If you discover an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
